Welcome to Housing at Regent University!

Living on campus is a positive, safe and engaging experience at Regent. Students enjoy community-building activities with their hallmates, facilitated by Resident Assistants (RAs), participate in bi-weekly Connect Group meetings, and learn how to live as part of a greater community. Regent offers two on-campus housing options to fit your needs: Regent Commons and Regent Village.

The Commons, Regent University's student housing facility.

Housing Assignment Information

Academic Year housing assignments are sent out via email to non-traditional undergraduate (25-30 years old) and graduate students in early June and mid December for the spring. We encourage all non-traditional undergraduate and graduate students to finalize roommate groups by May 31 (academic year) and November 30th (spring). Any roommate groups formed/confirmed after May 31st or November 30th may not be considered during the rooming process.

Academic Year housing assignments for traditional undergraduate students (first year, transfer, and returning students) are sent out via email in late June and mid December for the spring. We encourage students to finalize roommate groups by June 15th (academic year) and November 30th (spring). Any roommate groups formed/confirmed after June 15th or November 30th may not be considered during the rooming process.

Any students who submit applications after June 15th or November 30th will receive communication regarding their housing assignment and move-in details in one to two weeks via email.
