Living on campus is a positive, safe, and engaging experience at Regent. Students enjoy community-building activities with their hallmates, facilitated by Resident Assistants (RAs), participate in bi-weekly Connect Group meetings, and learn how to live as part of a greater community. Regent offers two housing options to fit your needs: Regent Commons (for first-year and some transfer students) and Regent Village (for sophomores, upperclassmen, and graduate students). In addition to comfortable living spaces, students can choose from a variety of meal plans, designed to provide flexibility and convenience for busy campus life.

Housing Assignment Information for New Students

Academic Year Housing Assignments:

• Non-traditional undergraduates (ages 25-30) and graduate students will receive housing assignment information via email in early June.
  • Finalize roommate groups by May 31. Roommate groups formed after this date may not be considered.
• Traditional undergraduates (first-year, transfer, and returning students) will receive housing assignment information via email in late June.
  • Finalize roommate groups by June 15. Roommate groups formed after this date may not be considered.

Spring Housing Assignments:

• Housing assignment information will be released via email in mid-to-late December.
  • Finalize roommate groups by November 30. Roommate groups formed after this date may not be considered.

Any students who submit applications after June 15th or November 30th will receive communication regarding their housing assignment and move-in details in one to two weeks via email.
